Responsible Gambling
We take responsible gambling very seriously at Bull Casino , as we know that for some customers gambling can lead to personal, social, financial or health problems. We are here to answer any questions you may have about your gambling or your account in general. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at any time.
Maintaining control
Gambling should be fun – not a way to make money. Most people may consider gambling a leisure activity and only risk money they can afford to lose, but that’s not the case for everyone. To help you stay in control of your gambling, we remind you of the following:
- Play in moderation and view games as entertainment, not as a source of income.
- Don’t try to chase losses – there will always be a new day.
- Only play when you can afford any losses.
- Keep track of how much time and money you spend on gambling.
If you need a break, please contact us at [email protected] . Self-exclusion is a good tool if you feel that control is slipping away from you. If you would like to talk to someone about your gambling, please contact one of the organizations under the “Gambling Problem Support Organizations” section further down the page.
Self-test – questions
Below are a number of questions you can ask yourself. Your answers can give a clearer picture of your gambling and whether you are at risk of, or already have, a gambling problem. Try to answer as honestly as possible.
- Have you ever neglected work or studies because of gambling?
- Has gambling made your family life unhappy?
- Has your reputation been negatively affected by gambling?
- Have you felt guilty after gambling?
- Have you gambled to pay off debts or solve financial problems?
- Has your efficiency or ambition been negatively affected by gambling?
- Did you feel after a loss that you had to come back as quickly as possible to win back what you lost?
- Have you felt a strong desire to return and win even more?
- Have you often played until the last penny was gone?
- Have you borrowed money to finance gambling?
- Have you sold anything to be able to play?
- Have you been reluctant to use “gambling money” for other expenses?
- Has gambling made you worry about your own well-being and that of your family?
- Have you ever played longer than planned?
- Have you gambled online to escape from worries or problems?
- Have you committed, or considered committing, crimes to finance gambling?
- Has your gambling caused sleep problems?
- Do arguments, disappointments, or frustrations make you want to gamble?
- Have you wanted to celebrate success with a few hours of gaming?
- Has gaming ever made you consider suicide?
If you answered “yes” to at least seven questions, there is a significant risk of gambling addiction. The test is not a diagnosis, but we offer alternatives if you want to stop gambling.
Self-shutdown
We offer self-exclusion which can be activated via [email protected] . Self-exclusion means that your account will be closed for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or until further notice .
If you choose to self-exclude, we recommend that you also exclude yourself from other bookmakers where you have active accounts. Unsettled bets at the time of the exclusion will be handled according to regular procedures, and any winnings will be paid out according to applicable timeframes.
To reopen the account, a written request to [email protected] is required , after which we will assist you back according to our standard process.
In addition to self-exclusion, we recommend software that blocks access to gambling sites. See the filtering solutions section below.
