General terms and conditions

1. General
1.1 These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to your use of the services at www.bullcasino.com (the “Casino”), which is operated by Moody Moose Limitada (the “Company”).
1.2 Acceptance. You must read and fully understand these Terms before using the Casino. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you may not use or continue to use the Casino. The Terms become applicable when you register with the Casino. By continuing to use the Casino, you confirm that you accept the Terms, as updated from time to time.
1.3 The Company is registered in Costa Rica with registration number 3-102-919643 and has its registered address: Province of San Jose, Country of Escazu, San Rafael district, 400 m south of Multiplaza Shopping Center, House No 400, on La Ceiba Street on the right, Costa Rica. The Company is licensed and authorized by the Tobique Gaming Commission under license number 0000048.
1.4 Changes to the Terms. The current version of the Terms is valid until a new version is published on the Casino. We reserve the right to change the Terms. You will be informed in advance of any material changes and will need to accept them before they become binding on you and us. If you do not accept the changes, you may be prevented from logging in. If you have a positive balance, you can contact us at [email protected] or via chat to withdraw the funds.
1.5 Language. The Terms may be published in multiple languages and reflect the same principles for the information and convenience of players. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translation, the version most favorable to you shall prevail.
1.6 Game Rules. The Games available at the Casino have their own rules which are stated in the respective game. You must always follow the specific rules that apply to each game. General rules for different game types are also available at the Casino.
2. Your Responsibilities
2.1 Gambling is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 18. If an account is found to be used by a minor, winnings will be confiscated and the account will be permanently closed. It is your own responsibility to meet the legal age requirements.
2.2 Personal Entertainment. You may only participate in the Games for your own private, non-professional purposes, on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or company. Your participation shall be for recreation and entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. Participation for commercial purposes or as a “corporate player” is prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing with us.
2.3 Problem Gambling. You may not participate in the Games if you have a problem gambling, have self-excluded yourself or have been excluded from any of our other casinos (due to problem gambling) and/or if you are, voluntarily or involuntarily, included in a register/database of players with gambling-related problems.
2.4 Legality. Gambling may be illegal in the country where you are located or reside. We do not intend to facilitate any violation of the law. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to play where you are located. We prohibit access to persons who are temporarily or permanently present in, or resident in: Afghanistan, the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Ontario, China, Cuba, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, the United Kingdom, the United States, Yemen, Venezuela. For the sake of clarity, registration from countries not listed in the drop-down list upon registration is strictly prohibited.
2.5 Your success in registering and playing at our Casino, Bull Casino , does not mean that this is permitted under our license in your jurisdiction; it is solely your responsibility to ensure that you do not violate any applicable laws by participating in the Games.
2.6 Correct information. You confirm that all information you provide is complete, true and accurate and that you will immediately notify us of any changes, or update the information yourself at the Casino.
2.7 Taxes. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes or fees that apply by law to winnings you receive from us.
2.8 You acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and accept that you participate entirely at your own initiative and risk. The Company is not responsible for any losses incurred through gambling, and such losses will not be compensated.
By using our services, you waive the right to claim compensation from the Company or to make claims against the Tobique licensor regarding lost funds or the outcome of gambling.
2.9 You must not engage in fraud, game manipulation or other illegal behavior, including using software or equipment for unfair advantage. Funds used must not be of illegal origin. It is prohibited to sell, transfer or acquire accounts. In case of suspicion, we may cancel bonuses, seize winnings and close your account.
2.10 Use of VPN/Proxy/TOR to hide identity and location when logging into the Casino is strictly prohibited. We may confiscate winnings, void bonuses and terminate the account if such use is detected.
3. Your Account
3.1 To participate in the Games, you must register and open an account. During registration, you will choose a username and password and provide other information as required. All mandatory fields must be completed with truthful and accurate information.
3.2 You are solely responsible for keeping your login details secure. You may not disclose them to anyone else. We are not responsible for any misuse of your account by third parties that is due to you – intentionally or unintentionally – sharing your details. If you suspect that your details have been disclosed, you must inform us and take steps to prevent unauthorized access. You may not transfer money to other people from your account, receive money from others to your account or transfer/sell/acquire user accounts.
3.3 You may only have one (1) account with us. If we identify multiple accounts linked to the same person, we may close them and transfer any balance to one account, at our sole discretion. Winnings or bonuses from duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If duplicates have been created to take advantage of promotions, we may cancel related transactions and bonuses and confiscate winnings. We reserve the right to decide whether to continue or terminate the business relationship.
3.4 In order to comply with legal obligations, we may request additional information in addition to the registration information when you apply for an account or at any time during the account tenure. This may include, but is not limited to, proof of identity, address and age verification, information on the origin of funds, household bills and bank statements. We may also obtain information from public sources and databases. We may suspend your account at any time if we are not satisfied with the information provided or if requested information is delayed. Failure to provide accurate and requested information may result in reporting to the relevant authorities, including bodies that monitor serious crime. Please note that we may be legally prevented from informing you of such reporting.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 All deposit and withdrawal options are listed on our payment page and may vary by jurisdiction. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third party or corporate cards may not be used. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used to deposit. If third party funds are used, your account may be suspended or closed and any winnings forfeited.
4.2 We may charge fees for processing deposits and withdrawals. If fees apply, this will be clearly stated in the deposit flow. Deposited funds must be used for gaming. In the event of suspected misuse – for example, that the deposited amount is not used to a reasonable extent for gaming before a withdrawal is requested, or in the event of suspected exploitation of exchange rate fluctuations – we may, at our sole discretion, cancel the deposit in whole or in part and reclaim related costs.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit levels may be determined according to information provided by the Casino.
4.4 The time from deposit to available funds in the account and from withdrawal request to funds paid out will vary depending on the method chosen. Withdrawals will normally be approved or declined within a reasonable time but may be delayed by legal obligations to request additional documentation. For winnings of €15,000 or more over 30 days or less, we may pay in installments over time.
4.5 If your account is mistakenly credited with winnings that do not belong to you – regardless of technical or human error – the amount belongs to us and will be promptly reversed from your account. If you have withdrawn the incorrectly credited funds, the amount constitutes a debt to the Company. In the event of incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately.
4.6 The Casino accepts deposits in fiat currencies, such as the Euro (EUR), and in supported cryptocurrencies. Withdrawals are processed in the same currency as the deposit, where possible. For fiat transactions, withdrawals are made in EUR; your bank/payment provider may convert to your account currency. For crypto transactions, withdrawals are made in the same cryptocurrency used for the deposit, unless otherwise agreed. Any currency exchange, exchange rate difference, network fee or premium is your sole responsibility.
4.7 Our products and services are consumed directly during play. Therefore, we do not offer any buybacks, refunds or cancellations after a game has been played with real money. Deposited funds played are final. Refund requests based solely on loss or dissatisfaction with the Casino’s terms and conditions will not be accepted.
4.8 We may engage commercial agents to process deposits and withdrawals on our behalf.
4.9 The Casino may carry out security checks at any time. During such checks, we may request additional information to verify identity, account history or origin of funds: valid ID, recent bills/statements, crypto wallet transaction history, proof of origin of funds/source, etc. We may block or terminate accounts or withhold payments until the requested information has been provided and approved.
4.10 Deposits must be in reasonable proportion to the amount of play and must be wagered 100%. In the event of suspected abuse (e.g. insufficient play before withdrawal, or exchange rate abuse), we may at our sole discretion void deposits in whole or in part, reclaim costs and close the account until further notice. We may also require proof of deposit and additional identification documents before processing withdrawals.
4.11 Available withdrawal options are clearly stated on the Casino and may differ depending on the market.
4.12 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method as the deposit, where technically possible and permitted (closed loop). If the original method does not support withdrawals, alternatives may be offered by the Casino. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved/rejected within three (3) days. If the funds have not reached your account within ten (10) days of approval, you will be informed of the reason.
4.13 The Casino may request documentation proving ownership and use of all payment methods used. This may include copies/images of bank cards, e-wallets, crypto wallets or other services. Verification may be requested before, during or after a transaction. Failure to provide acceptable documentation may result in delay, cancellation, confiscation of winnings and account suspension.
4.14 Funds marked as “Bonus Money” or locked in a suspended game cannot be withdrawn.
4.15 Verification may be carried out for individual or cumulative deposits/withdrawals of at least EUR 2,000 (or equivalent). We reserve the right to verify even for lower amounts or random checks. Examples: copy of national ID/passport, social security card, proof of address, source of assets/funds and/or selfies for authenticity verification.
4.16 The Casino may charge a fee if you request a withdrawal without having wagered an amount that equals or exceeds the deposited amount.
4.17 The Casino may terminate accounts, suspend players and withhold funds upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, improper or illegal activity, including but not limited to:
4.17.1 Use of stolen, counterfeit or unauthorized credit cards, e-wallets, bank accounts or crypto wallets.
4.17.2 Submission of false, counterfeit, stolen or unauthorized documents or personal information.
4.17.3 Bonus abuse, including taking advantage of promotions or creating multiple accounts for improper advantage.
4.17.4 Collusion with other players or use of bots/automated systems.
4.17.5 Money laundering or use of the Casino for suspicious financial activity.
4.17.6 Attempted or initiated chargebacks after games have been played, deposited funds have been wagered, or in circumstances deemed improper by the Casino.
5. Bonus and Reward Terms
5.1.1 Separate Terms. Individual promotions may have their own terms and conditions; in that case, these will be provided separately. In the absence of such, the points in this clause apply.
5.1.2 Bonus validity period. We reserve the right to withhold and remove bonus money that has not been used within 30 days of allocation. Individual campaigns may have a shorter validity; this is stated in connection with the offer.
5.1.3 Wagering Requirements. When depositing to receive bonus funds or free spins, the deposit must be wagered at least once. If you receive a bonus or free spins, wagering requirements apply before any withdrawal of the bonus or winnings from bonus money can be made. If you request a withdrawal before the requirements have been met, the entire bonus amount and winnings from bonus money will be deducted before the withdrawal is approved. We determine which Games and to what extent a Game contributes to the wagering requirements. Winnings from free spins have a wagering requirement of forty (40) times the winning amount unless otherwise expressly stated. Only bets made with bonus money count towards the requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the wagering requirement is 40x the bonus amount. Local requirements may apply and are stated in the offer. Risk-free bets do not count.
Game Contributions to Wagering Requirements: Slots contribute up to 100%, with the exception of the following which contribute 0%: Blood Suckers, The Wish Master, Dead or Alive, and Spribe games (Mines, Plinko, Keno, Hilo, Dice, Goal, Mini Roulette, Aviator), Hacksaw Gaming’s Coins, Boxes and Mines, and all other Mines games. Blackjack (including Pontoon and Double Exposure) contributes up to 10%. Roulette of all types contributes up to 5%. Baccarat of all types contributes 5%. 100 Bit Dice contributes 0%. Video Poker contributes up to 30%. Punto Banco 5%. Oasis Poker up to 10%. TXS Hold’em Poker and Casino Hold’em up to 10%. Other Live Casino games contribute 10%, and all other games not specifically mentioned contribute up to 100%.
Misuse of bonus funds, particularly via progression strategies on slots (e.g. patterns of increased/decreased bets to exploit bonus terms), may lead to confiscation of winnings and account closure at the Casino’s discretion.
5.1.4 Limitation. Bonuses/free spins/free bets can only be claimed once per household, IP address, device and/or payment method. Risk-free bets do not count towards wagering requirements. In the event of evidence of bonus abuse/fraud, we may close the account and confiscate funds.
5.1.5 Wagers and winnings with bonus money. Winnings from free spins become bonus money and are subject to wagering requirements. Real money is used first when playing. Real money bets give real money winnings; mixed/bonus bets give bonus money winnings. When betting with bonus money, the wagering requirement is reduced by the amount of the bonus bet and by a maximum of €/$5. The maximum allowed bet containing bonus money is €/$5; winnings from higher bets can be removed. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn.
5.1.6 Unfinished Game Rounds. Game rounds/features triggered with bonus funds must be completed while the bonus is active. You may not delay completion until the wagering requirement has been met and/or new funds have been deposited. If such activity is identified, the bonus and related winnings may be voided.
5.1.7 Sanctions. The casino may close your account and refuse to refund any deposits, balances or winnings if we suspect bonus abuse. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, “cash stashing”, “bonus stashing” or depositing only to get free spins and then withdrawing real money without wagering the deposit at least once.
5.2 Game Instructions
5.2.1 Overview of game offerings. The casino offers a wide range of games from trusted providers: slots, instant wins, blackjack, roulette, jackpots, etc.
5.2.2 Access to Instructions. Each game has easy-to-access instructions so that players understand the mechanics and rules. The instructions are available at any time during the game.
Detailed guidance. The game instructions describe, among other things:
– Game interaction: step-by-step how to play.
– Rules: clear information about applicable rules.
– Paytable: what constitutes a win.
– Progressive jackpots: how they work and accumulate (if applicable).
– RTP: theoretical return per game.
In-game access.

Fair Gaming. The casino follows regulatory standards and tests by independent bodies for compliance and fairness.
5.3 Winnings from free bonuses may be withdrawn up to a maximum of EUR 500 (or equivalent). If the winnings exceed this amount, the excess will be removed upon withdrawal request. Before withdrawing such winnings, you must make at least one deposit and place a bet equal to the deposited amount.
6. Paused and Inactive Accounts
6.1 A paused account is an account with a real money balance that has not been used for 3 months.
6.2 An inactive account is an account with a real money balance that has not been used for 12 months.
6.3 When an account is paused, the Casino may charge a fee of 10% per month from the balance. When an account is inactive, the Casino will remove the entire balance of real money and bonus money.
7. Responsible Gaming
7.1 Limits. You can choose to limit how much you are allowed to deposit per day (00:00–23:59 CET), week (Mon–Sun) or month (calendar month, or from activation to the end of the month). Once the limit is reached, taking into account any withdrawals during the period, you cannot deposit any more. Limits are administered via support, “My Account” or email/chat. The first time a limit is set, it applies immediately. Reductions take effect immediately. If you want to increase or remove a limit, the change applies immediately. Please note that limits apply per Casino, not per licensee/company.
7.2 Self-exclusion. You can restrict access to your account indefinitely (until further notice) or for a specific period of time. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately when you notify support or submit via the casino interface.
7.2.1 A request for self-exclusion only applies to the specific Casino you are playing at and does not automatically extend to other brands under the same company.
7.2.2 If you wish to extend a fixed-term exclusion, the extension will take effect immediately. If you wish to shorten or terminate earlier, this will be considered on a case-by-case basis following completion of a responsible gambling survey that we request. We may decline such requests at our sole discretion.
7.2.3 We may, at any time and for any reason (including concerns about problem gambling or security issues), refuse to reopen an account following self-exclusion.
8. Privacy
8.1 You acknowledge and agree that we collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Account information, including name, address, telephone, email and transactions, will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy .
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 We are the sole owner of the Casino brand. Unauthorized use of the brand and logo may result in legal action. The Casino and its subdomains belong to us or our group companies; unauthorized use of the URL is prohibited. We own or license the rights to the technology, software and business systems used on the Casino. The content and structure of the pages are protected by copyright and database protection. All rights reserved. The copyright to text, graphics, code, files and links belongs to us and may not be reproduced, transferred or stored in whole or in part without our written consent. Registration and use of the Casino does not give any rights to the intellectual property of the Casino.
10. Cancellation of bets and balance adjustments
10.1 Unexpected technical problems or circumstances beyond our control may require us to cancel and refund bets. For example: technical problems that cause a game to “hang” and a game round to not be completed. Account balances may also need to be adjusted, for example in the event of a misconfigured promotion or game malfunction. In the event of a game error or its interoperability, bets placed during the error are void. Winnings from a faulty game are void, as are subsequent game rounds with such funds, regardless of which games are played.
11. Complaints
11.1 We strive for a pleasant and quality experience. If you have any complaints about our services, please contact Customer Support via [email protected].
11.2 All complaints are handled internally and thoroughly investigated. We aim to provide a substantive response as soon as practicable and aim to resolve complaints within 10 days of receipt. More complex matters may take longer; in such cases we will contact you within 10 days with a final response or notification of any delay and an estimated timescale.
11.3 You will be kept informed of the status and outcome of the case, unless we are legally prevented from providing such information.
11.4 If you are not satisfied after our internal process, you may turn to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. We have appointed CADRE – The Curacao Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity for Online Gambling – as an ADR body. CADRE is an impartial third party that helps resolve disputes between players and operators. You can submit your case via https://cadre.online/ .
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Access to the Casino and participation in its Games is entirely at your own risk. The Casino Platform, Games and related systems are provided without express or implied warranties – including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose, proper functioning or uninterrupted operation. We, our employees, suppliers and partners are not responsible for reliance on availability or performance.
12.2 No Liability. We are not liable for any losses, costs, expenses or damages – direct, indirect, special, consequential or incidental – arising in connection with your use of the Casino or your participation in the Games, including but not limited to delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, data loss/corruption, communication failures, misuse of the Casino or its content, or errors/deficiencies in content.
12.3 Indemnity. You agree to hold us, our directors, employees, partners and suppliers harmless from any costs, losses, damages, claims and liabilities arising out of your use of the Casino or participation in the Games in breach of these Terms.
13. Termination and Account Closure
13.1 If you wish to close your account, you may do so at any time via Customer Support. If the reason is due to concerns about gambling addiction and you would like us to take this into account in the future, please state this clearly. Upon account closure, we will transfer any remaining funds to a payment method available in your country and registered in your name, subject to any withdrawal fees.
13.2 We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Examples of situations in which we may take action (and in some cases withhold winnings or balances):
13.2.1 If you breach any provision of the Terms, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have breached any provision of the Terms, we may refuse to open an account, suspend or close the account and withhold any deposits, balances or winnings.
13.2.2 If you are, or are reasonably suspected of being, involved in any illegal, fraudulent or improper activity when using the Casino, including but not limited to money laundering, collusion or bonus abuse.
13.2.3 If we determine that continued use may be detrimental to your health or well-being, including signs of problem gambling.
13.2.4 If you are in financial difficulties, have problems with creditors or if your activity poses a reputational, regulatory or financial risk to our business.
13.2.5 If you create/use multiple accounts, use false or misleading personal information, or provide forged/unauthorized payment methods or documents.
13.2.6 The above is not exhaustive. We may take necessary measures to protect the Casino’s integrity, comply with legal obligations, and protect users and operations.
13.3 Account closure fee. Depending on the payment type, withdrawals of funds may be subject to withdrawal or administration fees. Please note that fees for small withdrawals often exceed the withdrawal amount. If the final withdrawal upon account closure is less than €/$10, it will not be refunded but will be charged as an account closure fee.
14. Invalidity of individual provisions
14.1 If any provision of the Terms is deemed illegal or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
15. Assignment
15.1 We reserve the right to assign or otherwise legally transfer our rights and obligations under the Terms. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations.
16. Entire Agreement
16.1 These Terms (including specific terms for sports and lottery betting) together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Casino.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Costa Rica. The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions, including their breach, termination or invalidity, shall be heard exclusively by the courts of Costa Rica.
